At Brightstone Transitions we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and healthy living environment for all of our young adults. As part of our mission to provide gender affirming care and to encourage clients to be their most authentic selves, client’s self-select residences based on their preferred living spaces. In addition, we commit to using our clients chosen names and preferred pronouns. It is the expectation of all clients and families within our care to foster a safe and accepting environment regardless of personal views. 

We are always looking to expand the ways in which we create an affirming environment, knowing that no one is perfect but are always striving to learn and grow.
